Return and Refund policy 

Product quality shall be as displayed as per technical specifications supplied by Supplier/Manufacturer/Wholesaler/Distributor. All Warranty shall be back to back with supplier/Manufacturer/Wholesaler/Distributor in terms & condition for service after sales warranty and expiry date.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each rejects exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Please also note that our products are many of them are hand made and there could be slight variations from one product to another, which are part of the inherent nature of the product-making process, and these will not be considered as defects.

By Accepting our payment/Delivery/shipping policy, you expressly consent to be bound by terms and condition for this policies.

The buyer shall intimate within 24hrs of delivery any defect, deviation from the details mentioned on the website shall be notify to within 3 working days via Email. shall respond within week of getting all details from buyer and if required, shall replace the defect product after necessity verification.

In the event of the replacement not being accepted by the buyer shall refund the cost of the product within 7-15 working days after the decision of return to be made.
